Established in 1999,
eWorld Private Limited is a nationwide license holder of
Internet services in Pakistan. The company started its
operations in January 2001 and has been providing
services such as dialup, ISDN Network Connectivity,
Wireless broadband, Ethernet Baseband, vices etc. in the city of Karachi
for more than six (6) years running.

eWorld strives hard to maintain a reliable network by
using technology & strict policies to keep its Network
secure. In addition, eWorld has provisioned multiple
backbone providers for minimum degradation of the
service.
3. Support
The quality of support offered by different ISPs varies
greatly. eWorld has always given priority to support
system that reduces delivery time to the end-user in an
effective way. We are committed to ensuring that eWorld
customers get a speedy, friendly, and helpful response
through fully trained staff with equipped with proper
tools along with policies and management oversight.
Our Network
eWorld takes pride in its core network infrastructure
that has been developing and expanding since its
foundation in 1999. All our routing equipment is of the
highest quality and standardized on Cisco. We use
multiple backbone providers and provision for redundant
links and equipment wherever possible to minimize
downtime.
We believe that performance is not only dependent upon
the best equipment you use, but is intertwined with your
security policies. Performance therefore is dependant on
security of your network and services. Therefore, we
have taken care in securing our services and network
from multiple threats that exist on the Internet today.
As a result, our services are more reliable, performing
and our clients are safer and more satisfied as a
result.
We have systems that constantly monitor our services,
links, equipment etc. and in the event of any problem,
we have a team of core engineers that are on call 24
hours a day. All systems are backed up by UPS and Prime
Diesel Generator to avoid shutdown in case of power
failures.
